Full appraisal
Our appraisers utilize a 1004 report, also known as the Appraisal Report (URAR), to estimate the market value of the subject property as defined in Uniform Standard of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP). Valuations are based on an interior and exterior inspection of the subject property and exterior inspections of all comparable sales.
