Robert Shiflet and Melissa Tyler

Robert and Melissa assist the appraiser in initial research and analysis of market data. They also assist the appraiser in completing the appraisal form after all property inspection reports are received.

Customer Service/Order Management

Lynne Bonfiglio and Kelly Patch

Lynne, our office manager and her assistant, Kelly handle AMC and private appraisal orders, scheduling, tracking, and client services. Lynne is also designated manager of our staff of field inspectors.

Marketing

Myra Brown

Myra is our marketing manager. She promotes our in-house appraisal products to local lenders, providing them with a point of contact to learn more about our services.

Amanda is our muti-tasking specialist, handling direct from lender appraisal orders, completing special projects, and improving our services through technology.
